Community Standards and Platform Conduct · Effective 1 January 2026

Overview: These Terms of Use set out standards for responsible and respectful use of the Nubya Platform, complementing the Terms of Service.

3.1 Responsible Use

Users agree to use the Platform in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the community standards set out in this document. The Platform is designed to foster authentic connection and expression.

3.2 Community Standards

Treat all users with dignity and respect, regardless of background, identity, or opinion.

Avoid posting content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or designed to deceive.

Engage in good faith in discussions and interactions.

Report content or behaviour that violates Platform policies using available reporting tools.

Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws in your use of the Platform.

3.3 User Interactions

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users. Nubya does not verify the identity or credentials of Users and is not responsible for any offline interactions or consequences arising from Platform-facilitated connections.

Nubya encourages users who experience unsafe or uncomfortable interactions to use blocking, reporting, and privacy control features available within the Platform.

3.4 Live Streaming Standards

Users who stream live content via the Platform must:

Ensure all streamed content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for content featured in streams (including music, third-party material, and content involving other individuals).

Not stream in locations where doing so would compromise personal safety or violate third-party rights.

Comply with age-gating requirements where content may not be suitable for minors.

Nubya reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate live streams that violate Platform policies.

3.5 User Responsibility

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their Content and conduct on the Platform. Nubya acts as an intermediary platform and does not endorse User Content. Nothing in these Terms constitutes Nubya as a publisher or speaker of User Content for the purposes of any applicable law.
