Acceptable Use Policy

Scope: This policy applies to all Users and covers all Content, interactions, and technical use of the Nubya Platform.
5.1 Prohibited Content
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes or exploits minors.
- Content inciting, glorifying, or facilitating violence, terrorism, or mass atrocity.
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or content shared without the depicted person's consent.
- Disinformation or synthetic media designed to deceive in ways likely to cause real-world harm.
- Illegal goods, services, or financial solicitations (including unauthorized fundraising and investment fraud).
- Content facilitating self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders in a harmful manner.
5.2 Prohibited Technical Conduct
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
Conducting denial-of-service attacks or attempting to disrupt Platform infrastructure.
Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
Scraping, harvesting, or extracting Platform data through automated means without authorization.
Injecting unauthorized code or exploiting Platform vulnerabilities.
Using the Platform to conduct phishing, credential stuffing, or social engineering attacks.
5.3 Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in the following enforcement actions, applied at Nubya's discretion based on severity and recurrence:
- Warning and content removal.
- Temporary feature restriction or account suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or where conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
Nubya will endeavour to apply enforcement actions proportionately and consistently. Users may appeal enforcement decisions through the Platform's appeals process where available.
